Division 1 style Lifting Program
The program will work to develop speed, strength, and explosiveness that is necessary for an athlete to perform at the highest level.
Lifting Plans will be posted at the start of each month. There will be separate lifting plans for those ages 14+ and 13-Below.
Division 1 style Nutrition Plan
Maximize your output in the gym and maximize your everyday health.
The program will allow you to transform your body into a high level athlete, as well as maintain good health throughout every season of the year.
We will post the nutrition plan at the start of each month. It will outline things that you should be eating and drinking to help optimize your training and physical developent throughout the year.
You will be given a link to enter a meeting with coaches as well as guest speakers to talk about the recruiting process. It will give incite on how others were recruited, advice on how to appraoch your own recruiting, and how put yourself in the best position to be noticed.
You will be given time to ask as many questions as you would like. All emails and/or message chats with questions about anything related to recruiting or others are always welcomed.
There is a 3 Day Wall Ball Plan that is provided to enhance your stickwork as well as your footwork.
Be sure to stay consistent and make every rep count.
These plans will be a baseline to all skillwork done in training. Work hard and compete against other players in the program
